Description

Roofrubber is a high-quality modified flexible acrylic emulsion formulated to provide reliable, long-lasting waterproofing for a variety of roof and vertical surfaces. When used in conjunction with a polyester membrane, it forms a tough yet flexible waterproofing system suitable for parapets, flashings, and flat roofs with adequate water run-off.

The product remains flexible after curing, allowing it to accommodate normal structural movement and temperature changes without cracking or peeling. Roofrubber can be applied over existing bitumen surfaces, making it ideal for both new applications and refurbishment projects.

Useful Info

• Spreading Rate: ±4–6 m² per litre per coat

• Recommended System:

  1. Clean roof thoroughly using Greenwash

  2. Apply 1 coat of suitable primer

  3. Apply 2 coats of Roofrubber or Roof and Pond Sealer

• Intended Uses:

  • Flat roofs with acceptable run-off
