Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At All Roof Supplies (Pty) Ltd, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
we’re here to help. This policy outlines our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

2. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging,
• You have proof of purchase, and
• The product is not a special-order, custom-cut, or clearance item.

Note: Certain items such as opened sealants, adhesives, paints, and waterproofing compounds cannot be returned once opened.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-cut or made-to-order roof sheets
• Special-order or imported items
• Products that have been used, installed, or altered
• Clearance or discounted stock

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it by emailing
info@allroofsupplies.co.za. Include:

• Photos of the product and packaging, and
• Your order or invoice number.

We will assess the claim and arrange a suitable replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Return Process

1. Contact returns@allroofsupplies.co.za for return authorization.
2. Once approved, return the goods to the address provided.
3. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

6. Refunds

• Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you wish to exchange for a different product,
please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Customer Confirmation on Delivery

By signing the delivery note, you confirm that:

• Goods were received in good order,
• Quantities are correct, and
• No visible damage is present.
