This high-performance acrylic compound provides reliable waterproofing for a variety of roofing applications, including iron or tiled pitched roofs, skylights, parapets, roof ridges, flashings, and roof screws. Designed to be used with a waterproofing membrane, it forms a durable, flexible, and long-lasting protective layer when applied correctly.

Key Features & Application Guidelines:

• Works in conjunction with a waterproofing membrane; the first saturating coat is critical

• Ideal for pitched roofs, skylights, parapets, flashings, and roof screws

• On porous surfaces, dilute 50% with water or use a bonding liquid as a priming coat

• Not recommended for areas of long-term ponding, under tiles (e.g., fish ponds), over bitumen systems, or where negative water pressure occurs

• Ensure compatibility with existing unknown waterproofing products

• Easy water-based clean-up
