Description

HydroLox is an environmentally friendly masonry waterproofer designed to penetrate deeply into masonry and cement-based substrates. Once absorbed, it reduces water absorption without forming a surface film, maintaining vapour permeability and allowing trapped moisture to escape naturally.

By preventing water ingress, HydroLox helps protect surfaces from common moisture-related issues such as efflorescence (salt blooming), freeze–thaw damage, mould growth, and general surface deterioration. Its low-odour, non-flammable formulation makes it suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

Recommended Applications:

• Brick and masonry walls: Protects against moisture penetration, moss growth, and weathering

• Concrete roof tiles and cladding: Reduces water ingress, discolouration, and mould growth

• Cementitious substrates: Ideal for plaster, concrete blocks, and grout to reduce staining and deterioration

• Gypsum boards and insulation materials: Improves moisture resistance in non-load-bearing interior areas

• Natural stone surfaces: Suitable for sandstone, limestone, and other porous stones without altering appearance

Apply only to clean, dry, absorbent surfaces using spray, roller, or dip methods. Always test on a small area before full application.
