Fix-a-Leak is a cost-effective acrylic waterproofing compound designed for use with a membrane system to provide long-lasting protection against leaks. Suitable for iron or tiled pitched roofs, skylights, parapets, roof ridges, flashings, and roof screws, it offers a reliable solution for both residential and commercial applications.

Key Features & Application Guidelines:

• Must be used with a waterproofing membrane – the first saturating coat is essential

• Ideal for waterproofing pitched roofs, skylights, parapets, flashings, ridges, and roof screws

• On porous surfaces, apply a priming coat with 50% dilution (product & water) or bonding liquid

• Not suitable for areas with long-term ponding, under tiles (e.g., fish ponds), or over bitumen systems

• Ensure compatibility when applying over existing unknown waterproofing compounds

• Not recommended in areas with negative water pressure

• Easy clean-up with water
