Delivery Policy

1. Overview

At All Roof Supplies (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure delivery throughout the Western Cape.
We partner with Bob Go, a trusted South African logistics platform, to ensure your orders are shipped safely and efficiently.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only within the Western Cape, including (but not limited to):

• Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Somerset West, Wellington, Durbanville, Bellville, Kraaifontein, and surrounding areas.

If your address falls outside these regions, please contact us before placing your order — special arrangements may be possible.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are typically delivered within 2 – 4 business days once payment has been confirmed.
• Larger or special-order items may take longer. We will keep you updated if delays occur.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout through Bob Go’s live courier rates, based on:

• Your location
• Order size and weight
• Courier service selected

All delivery costs are displayed prior to payment.

5. Order Processing

• Orders placed after hours or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your Bob Go tracking link.

6. In-Store Collection

Customers may also collect orders directly from our store. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you via email, SMS, or phone call.

7. Receiving Your Delivery

When receiving your delivery, please carefully inspect all goods before signing the delivery note. By signing, you confirm that:

• All goods have been received in good order,
• Quantities are correct, and
• No visible damage is present.

8. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as supplier shortages, weather conditions, or courier delays may occur.
In such cases, our team will notify you promptly.
